Service Description

Choose this if you have a specific call, residency, grant, or festival in mind and need fit, structure, and submission strategy. Applications do not reward perfection, they reward legibility. This clinic strengthens your application package so reviewers can understand the work quickly and trust the direction. We work on: • Selecting the right opportunities (fit, timing, risk) • Reframing your project for the specific call • Artist statement or proposal structure (what reviewers need first) • Work selection strategy (what to show, what to remove) • Budget/production logic at a high level (if needed) • A submission plan with deadlines and priorities You will leave with an actionable application plan and a clearer set of materials to submit. Optional written edits are available as an add-on.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours before the session. • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but you may transfer the session once to another date within 14 days, subject to availability. • No-shows non-refundable • Late arrivals will be accommodated within the booked time and may shorten the session. • Please send your portfolio link or PDF at least 24 hours in advance. If materials are not received, the session will focus on live review only. • By booking, you confirm you own the rights to the materials you share. • Mentor selection: Choose a mentor at booking, or let ELSEHERE match you. • Administration Fee: A $15 administration fee supports scheduling, payment processing, and quality assurance, and helps sustain ELSEHERE’s publishing and commissions. • Platform-first: For follow-ups or additional sessions, please book via ELSEHERE Clinics.
