PROGRAMS

Public programs, festivals, residencies, and research-based artistic frameworks developed by ELSEHERE.
ELSEHERE’s programs create conditions for artists, writers, performers, filmmakers, curators, and researchers to develop work across site, publication, performance, moving image, public space, and international exchange.

Our programs  are structures for artistic production, public encounter, research, documentation, and long-term cultural circulation.

Through festivals, residencies, and site-responsive initiatives, ELSEHERE supports practices that move across disciplines, geographies, and forms of knowledge.

Experimental Arts Festival

A public-facing festival platform for performance, moving image, installation, sound, hybrid practice, and site-responsive artistic work.

ELSEHERE’s Experimental Arts Festival brings artists and audiences into shared environments where works unfold through site, atmosphere, duration, movement, image, sound, and public presence.

The festival is developed as a curatorial and civic framework: a place where experimental practice can meet public space, where artistic forms can remain open, and where audiences encounter work outside conventional presentation formats.

Research & Creation Residency

A residency framework for artists and cultural practitioners developing research-based, site-responsive, and cross-cultural projects.

ELSEHERE’s Research & Creation Residency supports artists working through process, inquiry, exchange, and experimentation. The residency is designed for practices that require time, context, dialogue, and a relationship to place.

Rather than treating residency as retreat alone, ELSEHERE approaches it as a structure for research, production, documentation, and future circulation. Residency projects may develop through studio work, field research, writing, movement, performance, moving image, installation, public presentation, or publication.
