ELSEHERE’s leadership holds the organization’s artistic direction, strategy, operations, public responsibilities, and long-term relationships.
Leadership is not presented here as authorship of every project. It is the responsibility of creating the structures through which artists, editors, producers, collaborators, and partners can do meaningful work.

ELSEHERE’s editorial work is developed in conversation with artists, writers, researchers, and cultural practitioners.
Editing is a process of establishing clarity, context, accuracy, and longevity around work that deserves to remain available beyond a single moment of presentation.

ELSEHERE’s Advisory Circle contributes experience, critical perspective, cultural context, and field knowledge.
Advisors do not replace the responsibilities of leadership or staff. Their role is to strengthen reflection, identify blind spots, and support more informed decisions as the organization develops.
