3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 or the age of digital consent in your country. Create only one account per person. Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk.

4. Our content and your limited license

All text, design, logos, layouts, software, images, videos, audio, and metadata on the Services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, mirror, scrape, frame, train machine-learning models on, or otherwise exploit our content without written permission.

5. User content and submissions

Your rights remain yours. If you upload or submit content, you retain ownership.
License to us. You grant the Operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt for technical purposes, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Services, including editorial promotion and social previews. This license ends when your content is removed from the Services, except for reasonable archival, backup, or social posts already made.
Programs and open calls. Certain Programs may include additional rules or grant-of-rights. Those Program terms prevail for that submission.
Your promises. You represent that you have all rights and clearances to submit content and credits, that your content is accurate, and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
Curation. We may edit, translate, crop, tag, feature, decline to publish, or remove content for curation, safety, or compliance.

6. Credits and moral rights

We aim to display appropriate credit lines for works and contributors. If you believe a credit is missing or incorrect, contact us and we will review in good faith.

7. Community rules

Do not post or do the following: hate or harassment, sexual exploitation or minors, incitement to violence or self-harm, doxxing, non-consensual intimate content, fraud or impersonation, spam or scams, malware, scraping, or infringing material. We may remove content, limit features, or terminate accounts.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

a) use bots or automated means to access or collect data;

b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code;

c) circumvent access controls or rate limits;

d) use the Services to advertise or sell goods without consent;

e) use text or data mining for any AI training or model development without a written license;

f) use the Services in a way that harms others or violates law.

9. Third-party services and links

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms such as video hosts, social networks, analytics, newsletters, or payments. Those providers are responsible for their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Purchases, fees, and refunds

If we offer paid features, submissions, tickets, or donations, pricing and taxes are shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer, all sales are final except where required by law.

11. Notice and takedown for intellectual property

We may remove content and notify the submitter. Repeat infringement may lead to account termination.

13. Disclaimers

The Services are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise continuous or error-free operation or that content will be accurate or complete.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of 100 US dollars or the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless the Operator from any claim arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

a) You provide it. Account details, profile and social links, preferences, submissions and media, credits, comments, messages, payment or donation details, and communications.

b) Collected automatically. Device and browser data, IP address, general location, referral source, pages viewed, search terms, time spent, and playback actions through cookies, local storage, and similar tools.

c) From third parties. If you log in or interact through third-party embeds, those providers may share limited identifiers or analytics.

d) Sensitive information. We do not seek special categories of data. Do not include sensitive data in public profiles or submissions unless necessary and with clear rights.

3. Why we use data and legal bases

provide and secure the Services, including account login, playlists and queues, search, and curation;
operate Programs and manage submissions, credits, and communications;
