This work captures a five-second moment of a traditional intangible cultural heritage craftsperson shaping sugar with a single breath and a single pinch, expanding it into a microcosm of five thousand years of sweetness. Molten sugar solidifies instantly when cooled, and within one breath, the sweetness of the human world is frozen into eternity.
