From October 8–11, Entangled Garden brought four days of performance, moving image, installation, sound, and interdisciplinary practice into Le Petit Versailles.

The festival was conceived as more than a sequence of presentations. Each work entered the physical and social conditions of the garden: its narrow paths, vegetation, built structures, changing light, surrounding city, and close relationship between artist and audience.

Across the program, temporary actions existed beside works that remained or changed over time. Moving images entered outdoor surfaces. Sound travelled through and beyond the garden.

Audiences shifted between observation, movement, conversation, and collective attention.

ELSEHERE thanks the participating artists for the rigor and trust they brought to the festival. We also thank Le Petit Versailles and Allied Productions for hosting the program, as well as the producers, technicians, volunteers, partners, photographers, and audiences who made the four days possible.

The festival’s public dates have concluded, but its work continues.

Photography, moving-image documentation, artist materials, and selected reflections are now being organized as part of the festival’s permanent record. This documentation will support future presentation, institutional dialogue, editorial development, and the longer circulation of participating practices.
