Editorial Presentation Feature

Overview

This format is a low-barrier editorial entry for artists who want their work to be seen in a clearer, more intentional way.

For many artists, the problem is not the work itself. The problem is that the public-facing materials around the work are too thin, too scattered, or too self-managed to carry the weight of the practice. This format gives you a more grounded first layer. It creates a concise but credible presentation of who you are, what you make, and how your work can begin to circulate in a stronger editorial context.

It is simple by design. That simplicity is part of its usefulness. It gives you an entry point into ELSEHERE / STRATUM without asking you to begin with a longer or more demanding feature.

Best for

  • artists who need a cleaner and more credible public-facing presentation

  • artists preparing for gallery submissions, open calls, and early-stage applications

  • artists building the first layer of a professional portfolio

  • artists beginning to organize materials for O-1, EB-1A, global talent visa, or broader visa portfolio development

  • artists who want to enter ELSEHERE / STRATUM’s editorial context before moving into a fuller feature

Why?

This is more than a self-managed profile page. It gives your work an external frame.

That matters because artists are often asked to present themselves quickly: to curators, grant panels, residency reviewers, galleries, collaborators, and immigration attorneys or case reviewers. A simple but well-framed editorial presentation can become one of the most useful pieces in that ecosystem.

If you are not yet ready for a full interview or feature, this is the right place to begin.
